We are aware of a major outage on the Vodafone UK network which is currently affecting broadband & mobile customers nationally. As one of the major infrastructure providers in the UK, many of our broadband services are connected via the Vodafone network and may be experiencing an outage. We do not have any information on the cause or resolution time at the moment.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused to our broadband customers.
We had an issue with one of our primary uplinks which appeared to be causing intermittent problems accessing the Internet. This connection was taken down for work to be carried out which may have caused Internet to drop-out between 9:30 and 10:30 this morning. The link is now back online, but we are currently monitoring it closely to look for further problems.

Our offices will be closed on the bank holidays listed below. Engineers will continue to support our network 24x7 and can be contacted either at support@userve.net, or by telephone for data centre customers with premium support.
