What Are Leased Lines?
Leased lines are dedicated business data circuits between two points. Leased lines are available in speeds from 2Mbps up to 1Gbps and are provided with Service Level Agreements (SLA's) far superior to ADSL or SDSL services.
Internet Leased Lines connections are not shared with any other customer. The data-path and bandwidth are reserved exclusively for a particular customer's use. Internet traffic is transported across the network and beyond on a unique uncontended basis. We can connect you to our nearest POP via a leased line to give you Internet access or can offer a point to point connection to enable you to link two offices etc.
Applications
Leased lines offer high bandwidth, high performance and reliable connectivity to the internet with the option to scale bandwidth rapidly as demand increases.
Alternatively a leased line connected directly into the Unitron network will allow a fast and reliable connection to your servers hosted in the Unitron data centre.
Costs
Costs are dependant on distance from a Unitron POP, the speed of the circuit and internet bandwidth applied to the circuit.
